Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in San Marcos, CA. Responsibilities include building relationships with customers, generating new sales opportunities, responding to customer inquiries, and managing rental requests efficiently. You will provide excellent customer service, recommend equipment and services tailored to customer needs, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Additional duties include managing customer accounts, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to overall sales goals.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Service: Strong customer relationship-building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to identify and address customer needs effectively
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and negotiation abilities
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Technical and Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of construction or industrial equipment and familiarity with CRM systems or similar software
Additional Skills: Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, attention to detail, and comfort with cross-departmental coordination
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving workplace needs and maintain a positive, results-oriented attitude
