Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

Primary territory salesperson to all account types in assigned geography.

Provide professional selling to drive revenue and profit growth.

Manage sales in small and large format accounts, upsell, write new orders, manage inventory.

Lead a team of merchandisers on order submission, customer service, display execution.

Grow and develop customers in assigned territory.

Maintain contract compliance with Pepsi's Customer Development Agreement.

Communicate product needs to merchandisers for large format accounts.

Provide superior customer service and cultivate strong relationships.

Execute local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions.

Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and Territory Sales Leads.

Effectively sell Customer Development Agreements, holiday promotions, and initiatives.

Ensure product availability, rotation, and appropriate pricing.

Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

18 years or older.

Own or access a car for multi‑store visits.

Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.

Indefinite right to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience

Sales/selling experience (new products, promotions, distribution).

Account management meeting sales targets.

Business‑to‑business selling and relationship building.

Incremental selling, upselling, and suggestion selling.

Beverage or consumer products sales experience.

Financial target experience (volume, revenue, profit).

Use of sales data, industry data, consumer research.

Solutions selling tailored to customer needs.

Upskilling or developing others.

Customer service resolving issues.

Merchandising standards, planograms.

Inventory management.

In‑store marketing and display creation.

Working under limited supervision.

Safety procedures compliance.

Managing route schedules.

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

Experience with PepsiCo sales applications (SMARTr, Savvy).

Proficiency with P.E.P.S.I and Premier.
