Recruiter Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from identifying job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and employment law. Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Management

Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track and manage candidate flow and data. Full-Cycle Recruitment

Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, define job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies and timelines. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiation, and extend formal job offers. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding

Ensure a consistently positive and respectful experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome. Act as an ambassador for the company, effectively communicating our values, culture, and opportunities. Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to promote the company's employer brand. Compliance and Reporting

Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities. Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) and provide regular reports to HR leadership. Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
