We are offering an $8,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants in the Miami Beach market. The bonus is paid in three installments: $2,000 after 30 days, $2,000 after 60 days, and $4,000 after 180 days of active employment. Inter/intra-department transfers and re-hires are not eligible. Nationwide average earnings for Design Consultants of $80,000–$90,000 annually in commission and bonus. Four weeks of paid, world-class training and state-of-the-art tools (including laptop, smartphone, product samples) and mileage reimbursement.
