Customer Service Representatives

to support a large Federal agency’s customer support initiative. This entry-level, full-time role offers

$15–$16/hour

The successful candidate will respond to public inquiries via phone and email, follow standard operating procedures, and document communications in CGS systems while contributing to government innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Reply to calls and emails from the public

Use knowledge base and SOPs to answer customer requests

Document communications in company databaseFollow policies, procedures, and regulations

Candidate Requirements

Fluent in English and/or Spanish (written and verbal)

High School diploma or GED

Ability to obtain Public Trust Security clearance (includes credit check and background investigation)

Preferred

Ability to navigate content management systems and related applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service, dependability, and time management skills

Keyboarding proficiency (40+ words per minute)
