Your Role As a Patient Advocacy Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients as they navigate the complexities of accessing their prescribed treatments for PAH and PH-ILD. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in educating patients about our products and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will adhere to FDA and regulatory guidelines while fostering a compassionate environment, removing obstacles to therapy, and empowering patients throughout their journey. Your responsibilities include: Providing outstanding support and service to patients
