Essential duties and responsibilities include ensuring proper vehicle tear down, determining repair time allotments and required labor operations, making accurate repair/replace decisions, assessing and applying pre-existing damage, completing accurate total loss evaluations, negotiating agreed price with shop decision maker and setting time bound expected completion date per Loya insurance standards, reviewing and assessing the validity of all supplement requests, proactively providing customers with information regarding their vehicle's cost of repair estimate and explaining claims/repair process, maintaining accurate vehicle's cost of repair estimate and explaining claims/repair process, completing timely estimates, supplements, and inspections, negotiating advanced fees for tow, tear down, and storage on all vehicles that are determined to be a financial total loss at a repair facility or tow yard, adhering to our fleet policy, providing extraordinary customer service to all parties involved in the claims process, and other duties as assigned by management or as needed. Job requirements include being fully vaccinated for COVID-19, having a high school diploma; degree or college coursework is a plus, having a clean background and driving record, possessing computer software knowledge, and having a Texas adjuster license or being willing to obtain one.
