Description Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote manufactured housing products within your assigned region
Engage with prospective customers through in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Build strong relationships with retailers, community managers, and other industry partners to expand market reach
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase the features and benefits of manufactured homes
Identify new sales opportunities by researching regional market trends and customer feedback
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
Collaborate with regional teams to meet sales targets, share market insights, and support regional marketing initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the housing or construction industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and partners
Ability to travel frequently within your designated region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals
Knowledge of manufactured housing products, industry regulations, or related fields
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
