Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and maintain top‑quality standards
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare construction regulations
Keep accurate project records, including daily logs and safety reports
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, ideally in healthcare or medical imaging facility renovations
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
Effective leadership, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to dynamic work environments
