Tactical Construction LLC is a Littleton-based construction contracting company serving the Denver Metro area across residential, commercial, and multifamily projects. Our work spans the full construction spectrum — from foundation to finish — with a reputation built on craftsmanship, integrity, and precision.
Our service lines include:
Multifamily Capital Improvements: renovations, amenity enhancements, infrastructure and energy upgrades
Large Loss Reconstruction: emergency response, full restoration, and code‑compliant rebuilds after fire, flood, or disaster
Construction Defect Remediation: advanced diagnostics and root cause solutions
Custom Residential Projects: new builds, remodels, additions, and luxury features
Commercial & Multifamily Projects: tenant improvements, system upgrades, and value‑add renovations
Polyurethane Concrete Jacking: precision concrete lifting for slabs, driveways, sidewalks, and basements
We work across mobile job sites throughout the Denver Metro area, and our crew is expected to bring the same level of professionalism and precision to every project, whether it's a disaster recovery rebuild or a high‑end custom home.
Job Summary We’re looking for a Lead Carpenter who can step into a wide range of projects and take ownership of the work from day one. As a Lead Carpenter at Tactical Construction, you’ll work across diverse project types — restoration, new construction, renovations, and defect remediation — requiring broad trade knowledge, strong problem‑solving instincts, and the ability to perform at a professional level in the field.
This is not a foreman desk role — you will be on the tools daily, working alongside the crew and holding the standard for quality and execution on‑site.
Responsibilities
Lead hands‑on carpentry and general construction work across residential, commercial, and multifamily job sites
Perform work across multiple trades as needed: framing, concrete, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, and trim
Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents to execute work accurately
Maintain quality standards and workmanship consistent with Tactical Construction’s commitment to precision and integrity
Identify and solve field problems as they arise, keeping projects on track and communicating clearly with the team
Operate across mobile job sites throughout the Denver Metro area
Represent Tactical Construction professionally on every site
Requirements
Must own your own tools
Broad, demonstrated construction knowledge across multiple trades: concrete, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, drywall, painting, and trim
Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
Proven professional project experience, hands‑on, real‑world construction work (home DIY projects do not qualify)
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt when a project goes off course
Own reliable transportation, you will be traveling to job sites across the Denver Metro area
Dependable, hardworking, and a team player who takes pride in their craft
