Lead technical discovery with prospect engineering and payments teams. Understand their architecture, pain points, and integration requirements. Design PSP solutions tailored to each client's needs. Translate technical requirements into specific configurations, pricing structures, and implementation approaches. Partner with Account Managers throughout the sales cycle. They own the relationship; you own the technical win. Clear handoffs, shared accountability. Know what Adyen offers. Know where Stripe falls short. Build compelling differentiation for each deal. Compress deal cycles through specialized expertise. Generalist sellers take 90+ days on complex PSP deals. Your target is 45-60 days. Provide market feedback to Product. You're closest to what prospects actually need. Surface gaps, validate roadmap priorities, and inform competitive positioning.
