As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, your mission is to craft exceptional solutions that transcend basic design. You will work closely with Sales to architect

multi-tower solutions

that are viable and advantageous for both our clients and Ensono. Lead the architectural vision for

large, complex, multi-tower pursuits , taking ownership of the solution. Work closely with Sales to

shape deal structures , influencing scope, pricing strategies, and overall value. Coordinate efforts across Sales, Consulting, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to implement winning solutions. Facilitate

client discovery and solution workshops

to align outcomes with business objectives and commercial realities. Develop and present

compelling solution narratives and business cases

to both technical and executive audiences. Collaborate in crafting

commercial structures and pricing models

for IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, and transformation deals. Participate in deal reviews, advising leadership on

commercial viability, risk, and competitive positioning . Ensure seamless transitions post-closure by supporting

solution handoff, knowledge transfer, and deal documentation . Create and enhance

client-facing collateral and solution assets , often developing new content from scratch. What Distinguishes This Role: This role blends technical expertise with strong business insight. Leverage

strong business and financial acumen

to navigate complex deal environments, balancing value, risk, and profitability. Work on

high-stakes, high-visibility pursuits , while also adaptable to support smaller deals and renewals. Utilize a

Required Qualifications

to consider: Proven experience in a pre-sales Solution Architect or Solution Engineer role

at a service provider or MSP. Successful completion of at least

10+ IT Outsourcing, Cloud, Managed Services, or Transformation deals over $50M TCV . Strong track record in supporting or leading

large, complex IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, or transformation deals . Deep understanding of

complex solution selling , including business, contractual, and financial aspects. Extensive technical knowledge across

data center, hosting, hybrid cloud, and managed services . Comfort and expertise with

pricing models, multi-year constructs, and deal economics . Excellent executive-level communication skills

with confidence in presenting to C-suite stakeholders. Aptitude for thriving in

fast-paced, ambiguous environments

with competing priorities. Strong analytical and reasoning skills concerning technical, contractual, and financial issues. Broad technical knowledge in

data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologies . Familiarity with the hosting technology landscape, including

compute, storage, backup, networking, security, End User Services, BC/DR, DevOps,

and

IT governance . Experience with preferred

public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

and hybrid solutions. Deep understanding of

IT services outsourcing solutions . Attributes That Matter: A business-minded and

and delivering a compelling narrative to clients. Composed under pressure , even when facing tight timelines and high stakes. Travel Expectations: This role involves up to

40% regular travel

for client-facing engagements. In-person presence is crucial during critical phases of pursuits, although remote work is embraced. Experience & Education: Over 15 years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT outsourcing services or cloud-managed services environments. Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Industry certifications are a plus. Why Ensono?

$151,000 to $205,000 annually , determined by various factors like skills, experience, internal equity, and organizational needs, alongside potential bonus and equity grant opportunities.
