This role is designed for individuals who understand that

great solutions aren’t just designed—they’re crafted! In this position, you will be central to Ensono's most complex endeavors, collaborating closely with Sales to create

commercially viable, multi-tower solutions

that benefit both our clients and Ensono. This is a

pre-sales, client-facing role

where you will take ownership from early qualification through to deal closure and seamless handover. Lead solution architecture for

large, complex, multi-tower pursuits , acting as the overall solution owner. Partner closely with Sales to

shape deals , influencing scope, structure, pricing, and overall value. Orchestrate cross-functional teams across Sales, Consulting, Product, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to craft winning solutions. Engage in

client discovery and solutioning workshops , ensuring outcomes are aligned with business goals and commercial realities. Develop and present

clear, compelling solution narratives and business cases

to both technical and executive audiences. Create

commercial constructs and pricing models

for IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, and transformation deals. Participate in deal reviews, providing insights to senior leadership on

commercial viability, risk, and competitive positioning . Ensure smooth post-close transitions by supporting

solution handoff, knowledge transfer, and deal documentation . Develop and evolve

client-facing collateral and solution assets , often creating new materials from scratch. What Makes This Role Unique This is

not strictly a technical architect role . You bring

strong business and financial acumen , capable of structuring solutions that balance value, risk, and profitability. Engage with

high-stakes, high-visibility pursuits , while also supporting smaller deals and renewals as needed. You will work within a

pod model

alongside another Solutions Architect, closely aligned to a dedicated sales leader. To thrive in this role, here are the key qualifications we are looking for: Successful experience in a pre-sales Solution Architect or Solution Engineer role

at a service provider or Managed Service Provider (MSP). Proven track record of successfully concluding

at least

10 IT outsourcing, cloud, managed services, or transformation deals

valued at

$50M TCV or greater . Experience leading or supporting

large, complex IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud, or transformation deals . Deep understanding of the

sales process for complex solution selling , including business, contractual, and financial aspects. Extensive technical knowledge in

data center, hosting, hybrid cloud, and managed services

environments. Comfortable working with

pricing models, multi-year constructs, and deal economics . Executive-level communication skills

- capable of confidently presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders. Able to excel in

fast-paced, ambiguous environments

with competing priorities. Strong

analytical and reasoning skills

regarding technical, contractual, and financial matters. Broad technical familiarity with

data center, hosting, and hybrid cloud technologies . Experience with

public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid solutions

is preferred. Deep understanding of

IT services outsourcing solutions . Key Attributes Business-minded and

- a strong partner to Sales and delivery teams. Proficient in

creating content, telling compelling stories , and engaging directly with clients. Remain

calm under pressure , even with tight timelines and high stakes. Travel Expectations This is a

client-facing role with regular travel of up to 40% . While Ensono supports flexible and remote work, in-person

presence is vital during critical phases of engagements . Experience & Education 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 10 years in IT outsourcing services or cloud-managed services environments. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. Industry certifications and accreditations are a plus. Why Ensono? Keep in mind that placement within this range is influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. Additional compensation opportunities may be available.
