What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and manage comprehensive territory strategies to optimize revenue generation

Analyze educational marketplace trends and make strategic decisions affecting territory performance

Leverage consultative sales expertise to assess customer needs and design customized solutions

Manage business pipeline development, territory revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning

Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills

3+ years of successful direct sales experience or 3+ years of classroom experience in a K-12 setting

Teaching or education tech/publishing experience

Proven track record of independent decision-making in business operations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a strategic role

Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership

Experience selling to schools and districts within the assigned region

Track record of contributing to organizational strategy and business operations
