Independently develop and manage comprehensive territory strategies to optimize revenue generation
Apply expertise in educational marketplace analysis and industry trends to make strategic decisions
Exercise independent judgment in customer engagement strategies and resource deployment
Assess complex customer needs and design customized solutions aligned with organizational objectives
Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders
Qualifications
Must reside in the greater Pittsburgh area
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
3+ years of successful direct sales experience or 3+ years of classroom experience in a K-12 setting
Proven track record of independent decision-making in business operations
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a strategic role
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
Experience selling to schools and districts within the assigned region
Track record of contributing to organizational strategy and business operations
