Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Consultant based in Las Cruces, NM. The Media Consultant will be responsible for media planning, executing communication strategies, developing and managing sales initiatives, and crafting marketing campaigns. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective marketing solutions.

Qualifications

Sales and Marketing experience

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment

Experience in the media industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Broadcast Media Production and Distribution

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their media needs and provide tailored solutions.

Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and enhance client satisfaction.

Deliver effective multi-platform, integrated sales presentations (broadcast, digital, events); negotiation and closing.

Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships through effective communication.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and market penetration.

Perform cold calling and follow up on leads to drive sales initiatives.

Have strong familiarity and become fully versed in selling both Bravo Mic Communications’ station assets and Bravo Mic Digital marketing tools to deliver a complete marketing solution to advertisers.
