Key Responsibilities Customer-Focused Support

Serve as first point of contact via phone

Actively listen and provide clear, empathetic resolutions

Handle escalations professionally

Problem-Solving & Ownership

Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions

Approve adjustments, returns, or resolutions within guidelines

Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Service With Integrity

Uphold company values with honest, ethical support

Maintain confidentiality of customer data

Stay informed about product updates and policies

Collaboration & Growth

Work with team members to improve service processes

Participate in ongoing training

Provide feedback to enhance policies and customer experience

Candidate Requirements Essential:

1+ year of customer service experience (retail, call center, hospitality preferred)

Strong communication and de-escalation skills

Problem-solving mindset with adaptability

Integrity, reliability, and ability to meet performance goals

Tech-savvy with ability to navigate multiple systems

Technology Requirements:

Acceptable devices: full-size/all-in-one desktop PC or traditional laptop

Not acceptable: tablets, Chromebooks, convertible PCs, mobile phones

Operating systems: Windows 10/11 Home/Pro/Workstations or Mac iOS 13+

RAM: Minimum 6 GB (8 GB recommended)

Monitor resolution: 1920 x 1080

Required peripherals: external mouse, keyboard, webcam, wired USB headset (Jabra Evolve 20 UC or Logitech H390 recommended)

Internet speed: must pass company system checker
