This position is based at Rowan Online’s dynamic and interactive team hub, located in downtown Glassboro, NJ. Rowan Online Success Coaches thrive in our contemporary collaborative workspace, intentionally designed to facilitate meaningful connections and innovative thinking. The role is eligible to participate in Rowan's Flexible Work Arrangement (hybrid work) policy. Evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional local travel, may be required to support a student‑centric role.

Within the Construction Management vertical, the Partner Engagement and Activation Manager collaborates with labor organizations—including North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) and affiliated unions—to increase awareness of educational opportunities for construction professionals and union members through partner events and outreach campaigns.

What will you be doing?
The Partner Engagement and Activation Manager will:
Develop and execute engagement strategies that connect workforce partners to Rowan University programs.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, maintaining consistent communication and coordinated engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute partner‑facing activities such as information sessions, webinars, workforce presentations, and industry events to generate prospective student interest.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns using email, promotional materials, and event invitations to expand program awareness within partner organizations.
Coordinate with internal teams—including marketing, enrollment services, academic leadership, and sales operations—to ensure consistent messaging and effective follow‑up.
Monitor engagement outcomes (event participation, inquiries, application activity), document efforts, and analyze results to continuously refine strategies.
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
What do we require from you?
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Demonstrated experience in partnership development, workforce engagement, outreach, or industry relationship management.
Experience planning and executing events, presentations, or engagement initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage professional audiences.
Ability to build trusted relationships with external partners including employers, workforce organizations, and labor groups.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working collaboratively across departments to coordinate outreach, marketing, and enrollment efforts.
Successful completion of criminal clearance as required.
A track record of measurable success and achievement.
Willingness to grow, learn, and improve in a collaborative environment.

Salary & Benefits
In compliance with The State of New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. For internal applicants, salary is determined by the Pay Adjustment formula. Eligible employees receive comprehensive NJ State health, dental, and retirement benefits, extensive accrued time off/paid holidays, and tuition reimbursement for employee, spouse, and dependents to attend Rowan University, Glassboro (undergraduate degrees only for spouse and dependents).
