Mustang Cat is seeking a detail-oriented
Sales Support Administrator
to provide administrative and financial support to the sales department, including managing contracts, costing, invoicing, and system registrations. This role oversees loaner equipment processes, supports accounting functions, and ensures accurate quoting, reporting, and auditing across business platforms.

What You'll Do as a Sales Support Administrator: Finance & Sales Support
Receive, review, and list all sales contracts accordingly in their respective system.
Perform pre-costing analysis
Invoicing all CMD sales department sales orders
Recording/ Scoring all sales with the respective Caterpillar business system
Registering machines and Worktools sold in their respective business system (internal and external) post sale and delivery
Loaners
Review loaner request, on rent, and off rent loaners as approved by management
Track loaners weekly for loaner status report
Invoice customers for loaner incidentals and damages
Submit loaner goodwill claims and ensure payment has been received
Auditing and reporting loaner recovery rate
Accounting Functions
Perform costing on all equipment machines and Worktools
EFC Reversals
Coding invoices
Quoting, Registration, and Auditing Functions
Post Sales registration and audit of registrations such as but not limited to (SIMSi, BIC, DBS, Foresight, Salesforce, Smarthsheet, VisionLink Weiler, PSCS, etc.)
Provide Sales Reps EPP and Warranty quotes
Provide pro-forma invoices for sales representatives to give to customers (Sales and RPO conversions)
What You'll Need to Succeed as a Sales Support Administrator: Required Qualifications
Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail.
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Knowledge of finance and leasing products, policies, and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
