District Sales Manager

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) leads a team of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) responsible for in‑store execution for a set of essential customers. The DSM drives sales volume, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and coaches and develops the team.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a group of account sales managers.

Drive sales volume and track key performance indicators.

Coach, mentor, and develop team members.

Ensure successful in‑store execution for target customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.

Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and a DOT medical card.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

English language proficiency; additional languages an advantage.

Travel 0–10%.
