Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate order entry and data management in NetSuite ERP.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email regarding orders, billing, and product information.
Contact purchasing departments for POs and payment instructions.
Coordinate with Finance on returns and adjustments.
Update customer records and delivery addresses.
Collaborate with Finance, GovCon, and Customer Experience teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely order processing before distributor cut‑off times.
Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
Candidate Requirements Essential:
3+ years of customer service experience.
3+ years of order entry or data entry experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel required).
Comfortable working with ERP systems.
Preferred:
NetSuite ERP experience.
Background in healthcare, medical supply, or government contracting.
