Job Summary
Coordinates activities tied to initiatives that align with the broader product line strategy. Involved in both strategic planning and tactical execution as needed to achieve corporate objectives. Develops and directs marketing programs for key products or product categories by using methods such as strategic marketing, pricing and promotional efforts to maximize market success. Works cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to promote overall profitability, serviceability and innovation across the product line. Will handle the following product category: Voice and data, electronic and speciality. Key Responsibilities
Administers product-related processes, ensuring proper tracking and documentation of product information, updates, and revisions across systems. Analyzes somewhat complex product data to provide insights on product performance, customer satisfaction, and emerging market trends, assisting in decision-making processes. Applies knowledge of product specifications, market requirements, and industry standards to support the development of new products and product improvements. Coordinates somewhat complex product projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of product development and delivery. Designs somewhat complex product documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials, ensuring clarity and alignment with company standards. Identifies opportunities to improve product offerings, contributing to the development of strategies that address customer needs and market gaps. Communicates product information to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed about new products, updates, and key features. Completes routine administrative tasks such as managing product databases, maintaining product inventories, and supporting product-related inquiries from sales teams. Evaluates product performance based on market feedback and sales data, providing recommendations for product adjustments or enhancements.
