We are a fast-growing family law firm looking for a
high-performing sales professional
to convert inbound leads into retained clients. This is NOT a typical intake role. This is a
closing role . If you are driven, competitive, and know how to guide emotional prospects into confident decisions, this role is for you. Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads (calls, web forms, consultations) Conduct structured consultations and
convert prospects into paying clients Follow up aggressively on unretained leads Overcome objections related to cost, fear, and timing Track every lead and follow-up in CRM (HubSpot or similar) Work closely with attorneys to maximize case conversion Qualifications
2+ years of
inside sales/closing experience
(legal, high-ticket, or service-based preferred) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs Ability to control conversations and
ask for the sale Comfortable working with emotional clients (divorce, custody, etc.) CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Compensation
