As a leader, you will guide junior Sales Consultants and tackle complex sales opportunities with innovative, tailored solutions that truly resonate with our potential clients. Your Responsibilities Include: Utilizing Oracle's Implementation Methodology to ensure successful engagements with clients. Facilitating business process workshops to support clients in adopting Oracle Fusion solutions. Leading requirements gathering sessions to help clients articulate their processes and needs. Collaborating with Account Management and related teams to develop robust customer account strategies. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key customer contacts for a seamless engagement experience. Enhancing Oracle's partnerships with clients by networking across various teams and departments. Providing executives with regular updates on account progress, aligning strategies with clients' business objectives. Conducting business reviews and success planning sessions with senior executives and stakeholders. Overseeing cross-pillar activities to ensure successful implementations, including upgrades and new releases. Engaging with Technical Account Managers to grasp the nuances of customers' cloud strategies. Establishing trusted advisor relationships, offering industry insights, best practices, and product roadmaps. Leading enablement initiatives for diverse Oracle Cloud solutions. Connecting with regional product sales leaders through routine business reviews. Skills & Abilities Required: Demonstrated project management skills with effective risk management capabilities. Providing unbiased advice on implementation strategies to partners and clients. Qualifications: Preferred experience with Tier 1 Consulting or IT companies. B.A. or B.S. or equivalent experience is required; an MBA or similar is a plus. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Proven track record in systems implementation focusing on Oracle's products. Familiarity with various technical architectures and operating systems, including web-based applications and RDBMS. Experience with OCI/IaaS/PaaS/SaaS is advantageous. Project Management certification or significant global organizational experience is beneficial. Industry experience is desirable. Strong communication skills at the executive level, both verbal and written. Experience in customer-facing roles involving cloud technology and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Knowledge of SaaS & PaaS services is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Ability to develop lasting customer relationships with limited resources. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. This position offers a competitive salary range of $108,500 to $199,500 per annum, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
