About the Role
We are seeking a talented Director of User Growth to lead our global strategy focused on driving substantial user expansion. In this crucial role, you will leverage paid media, affiliate networks, and influencer collaborations to elevate user acquisition while concentrating on essential metrics such as ROI, CPA, LTV, and user retention. Your proficiency will allow you to manage significant marketing budgets and work closely with CRM and retention teams to optimize the quality of traffic and enhance sustainable lifetime value growth.
As our Director of User Growth, you will stay updated on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and innovative acquisition techniques, ensuring compliance with local regulations and platform policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
Manage and optimize large marketing budgets to achieve maximum ROI.
Lead and motivate a dynamic team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Collaborate effectively with CRM and retention teams to ensure high-quality user acquisition and retention.
Continuously analyze industry trends and competitor activities for strategic advantages.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably within the iGaming or gaming sector.
Proven success in a senior role with a solid track record in paid acquisition channels and affiliate marketing.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance metrics for data-driven decision-making.
Outstanding communication skills and expertise in stakeholder management.
Familiarity with attribution tools, BI platforms, and tracking systems.
Experience with rapidly growing international iGaming brands is a major plus.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
