About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of User Acquisition to lead our global strategy for driving user growth. In this critical position, you will leverage paid media, affiliates, and influencer partnerships to scale user acquisition while maintaining a focus on ROI, CPA, LTV, and user retention. Your leadership will guide large marketing budgets and foster collaboration with CRM and retention teams to optimize traffic quality and ensure sustainable lifetime value growth.

As the Director of User Acquisition, you will stay informed of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and innovative acquisition techniques while ensuring adherence to local regulations and platform policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
• Manage and optimize significant marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Lead and inspire a team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with CRM and retention teams to ensure user quality and retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, preferably in iGaming or gaming.
• Success in a senior role with a proven track record in paid acquisition channels and affiliate marketing.
• A strong grasp of key performance metrics, data-driven decision-making skills, and leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication abilities and stakeholder management expertise.
• Familiarity with attribution tools, BI platforms, and tracking systems.
• Experience with fast-growth international iGaming brands is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
