Plan and execute acquisition, engagement and monetization strategies, with a direct focus on growing the user base and revenue. Responsibilities
Develop and launch Go-To-Market plans Execute growth strategies: Acquisition Activation Retention Monetization Operate performance campaigns: Meta Ads Google Ads other relevant platforms Manage CRM: push notifications e-mail Automations Set-up and follow complete funnel: install ? registration ? subscription ? registration Test and optimize campaigns (A/B testing) Requirements (Mandatory)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields Advanced English level. Strong performance marketing experience. Experience with user acquisition for apps Experience with CRM and automation Command of growth metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn Rate) Analytical Skills Nice to Have
Experience with mobile apps Experience with subscription products Experience with streaming or media Soft Skills
