
Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will lead our digital presence and brand engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that increases brand awareness, drives audience engagement, and supports revenue growth. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong platform expertise and a passion for building online communities.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business and marketing objectives.
Develop and manage detailed content calendars to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic messaging.
Align social campaigns with product launches, promotions, and company initiatives.
Content Creation & Curation
Create, edit, and publish daily high-quality content (text, images, short-form and long-form video) tailored to platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with internal and external creative resources to produce compelling multimedia content.
Community Management
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
Foster community growth and brand loyalty through proactive engagement strategies.
Manage brand reputation and escalate customer concerns when appropriate.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators including engagement rates, audience growth, conversions, and ROI.
Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Paid Social Media Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Manage advertising budgets and monitor cost-efficiency metrics.
Partner with leadership to evaluate return on investment and campaign effectiveness.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay current on emerging social media trends, evolving algorithms, competitive activity, and new tools.
Recommend innovative strategies to maintain a competitive digital presence.
Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and editing capabilities.
Extensive knowledge of major social media platforms, best practices, and algorithm behavior.
Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
Working knowledge of design and content creation tools including Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategic action.
High level of creativity with a strong visual eye and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content management.
Demonstrated experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns with measurable results.
Physical Requirements
Light Physical Activity – Frequent standing or walking; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
Visual Requirements – Ability to read, inspect, or work with detailed information.
Hearing Requirements – Ability to hear and respond to verbal instructions or alarms.
