We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to develop engaging content and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and revenue. This role combines content production, social media management, and performance marketing to support overall business objectives.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical — someone who can produce compelling content while also tracking and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel content strategies aligned with brand goals
Produce short-form and long-form video, graphics, and written content
Manage social media calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
Optimize content for SEO to improve organic search visibility
Track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROAS) and prepare performance reports
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and external partners or influencers
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred)
1–3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Skills Experience growing brand accounts organically
On-camera presence for video content
Email marketing and automation experience
Influencer or partnership campaign experience
