Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist
LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a leading health and wellness company, seeking an Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist for a 4-5 month consulting opportunity. The Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist will work in partnership with the HRBP team, business leaders, employees and other departments in the organization to manage all aspects of employee relations and compliance activities and programs. Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist Responsibilities: Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution Conduct investigations, including interviews and documentation Support performance management, including coaching and PIPs Handle high-volume intake calls, documentation, and case tracking Review and follow up on background check escalations Support compliance initiatives, including training audits and tracking Partner closely with HRBPs and site leaders across regions Employee Relations & HR Compliance Specialist Qualifications: 5+ years of HR experience with strong Employee Relations focus Proven experience conducting workplace investigations Strong documentation and organizational skills (high-volume environment) Comfortable working across multiple time zones (EST/CST heavy) Experience with Workday and Excel preferred; AccurateBackground user knowledge is a plus Background check/compliance experience Location: Remote, Illinois resident accessible to Chicago is required Pay: $30.00-40.00/hr Benefits: LaSalle Consultants are eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision
