Mindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Coordinator, Media Strategy to support the development and execution of integrated paid media campaigns across a dynamic portfolio of clients. This individual will play a critical role in campaign planning, setup, trafficking, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis, working cross-functionally with Strategy, Investment, Account, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable impact. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What You’ll Do Here: Support Media Strategist in campaign execution and optimization, including running reports, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with tactical optimizations. Own the trafficking and ad operations process within Camphouse, ensuring accurate campaign setup, billing alignment, QA, and timely launch. Maintain and update campaign details, placements, budgets, and billing documentation in Camphouse to ensure accuracy and transparency. Assist in building and maintaining budget pacing reports across multiple channels; monitor weekly pacing and flag delivery risks. Track, record, and update progress of direct media placements according to plan. Communicate with internal investment teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and proper documentation. Maintain and update client-facing dashboards and support weekly and monthly reporting needs. Pull and analyze performance data to identify trends in traffic, conversion, order volume, navigation behavior, and product engagement; surface insights to senior team members. Support ongoing media optimizations under direction of Media Strategist and leads. Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans, specs, reporting files, and vendor materials Stay current on media platform updates, analytics tools, and industry best practices relevant to team responsibilities. Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support as needed. We Need a Person With: Bachelor’s degree – preferably inmarketing,advertisingor other discipline (with relevant work or internship experience) 0-2 years experience at a digital agency, and/or consulting firm, and/or corporate online marketing department, and/or software provider in an analytical capacity. 1+ years of experiencewithDisplay, Paid Search, Video, and/or Social Media campaigns is ideal. Knowledge of online ad serving platforms, such as Campaign Manager 360 is a plus. Familiarity with competitive intelligence and audience selection and targeting tools, such as comScore, MediaRadar, MRI-Simmons , and GWI a plus. Familiaritywith traditional/offline marketing not required, but helpful Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Professional and personal integrity A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask Must be able to work EST hours, and preferably close to the Charleston or Nashville office Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
