Mindgruve is seeking a strategic, performance-driven Media Strategist to lead the development, execution, and optimization of integrated paid media programs across a diverse portfolio of clients. This individual will translate business objectives into actionable channel strategies, oversee campaign performance and budget stewardship, and drive data-informed decision-making that delivers measurable growth. The ideal candidate brings strong analytic rigor, cross-channel expertise, operational leadership, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with Account, Investment, Analytics, and Ad Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and executional excellence. What You’ll Do Here:

Partner with Account and Media Investment teams to translate client business goals into innovative, performance-driven paid media strategies. Maintain full accountability for Camphouse governance, including campaign configuration, budget and billing accuracy, documentation standards, and cross-team process adherence. Support development of integrated media plans tailored to client objectives and KPIs. Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and tracking to ensure full delivery and performance against goals. Conduct ongoing campaign analysis and provide data-driven optimization recommendations. Lead quality assurance for campaign setup prior to launch. Oversee media placements, including vendor communication and progress tracking. Maintain client-facing dashboards and deliver clear weekly, monthly, and executive-level performance reporting. Generate actionable insights from web analytics (traffic trends, conversion behavior, product engagement, navigation patterns, etc.). Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices across performance media and analytics. Mentor and manage 1–2 Media Coordinators, providing coaching, feedback, and development support. We Need a Person With:

A 4-year college degree and 3-5 years of media planning and/or buying experience at an advertising agency, and/or consulting firm, and/or corporate marketing department, and/or software provider in an analytical or marketing capacity. Experience across various channels (Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH) preferred, including experience working with programmatic trading teams. Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 or comparable ad serving technology. Working knowledge of media research tools (IMS, GWI, MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, MRI-Simmons, etc.). Exposure to utilizing data to write insights. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Professional and personal integrity. A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Leadership capability (coaching, mentoring, managing, etc). Must be able to work EST hours Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
