Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)
Reports To: VP of Marketing
Job Summary: Gymreapers is seeking a high-level Social Media Manager who operates as both a strategist and storyteller, not just a content scheduler.
This role owns the end-to-end social media ecosystem—from feed planning and visual storytelling to calendar integration and performance optimization. You will be responsible for crafting how the Gymreapers brand shows up daily, ensuring every post contributes to a cohesive, intentional narrative that builds brand equity and drives growth.
You will architect the social feed as a living, evolving storefront of the brand—aligning content with product launches, campaigns, athlete moments, and cultural trends—while maintaining a consistent, premium aesthetic and voice.
This is a role for someone who takes extreme ownership over social—not just posting content, but designing the story we tell and how it unfolds over time.

Key Responsibilities: Feed Strategy & Brand Storytelling
Own and design the look, feel, and flow of the Gymreapers social feed
Plan content as a cohesive narrative, not isolated posts (e.g., sequencing, drops, themes, arcs)
Translate brand campaigns, product launches, and athlete moments into compelling social storylines
Ensure every post contributes to a larger brand story and premium visual identity
Continuously evolve and elevate the aesthetic standard of Gymreapers social
Social Calendar Integration
Build and manage a fully integrated social calendar aligned with:
Product launches
Campaigns
Email/SMS marketing
Paid media
Events & athlete activations
Act as the bridge between marketing, creative, and social execution
Proactively identify opportunities to amplify key business moments through social
Content Planning & Execution
Plan, brief, and execute weekly and monthly content strategies
Partner with creative, video, and athlete teams to produce high‑performing content
Curate and repurpose UGC, influencer, and athlete content into the feed narrative
Own posting, scheduling, and platform optimization
Community & Culture Leadership
Oversee community management and engagement strategy
Identify and act on real‑time trends, cultural moments, and conversations
Build a strong brand presence within the lifting and fitness community
Performance & Optimization
Define and track KPIs: engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR, sentiment
Analyze performance and turn insights into clear creative and strategic improvements
Continuously test and iterate on:
Formats
Hooks
Posting cadence
Content mix
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience with social media management.
Ability to execute specific creative direction, and brand vision, and bring a strong point of view and creative input to the team.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure.
Ability to multi‑task and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
Experience assisting with videography and video editing is a plus.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across all social channels including paid media.
Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry is a plus.
