As the Marketing Manager II, GTM Marketing Operations at Boost Mobile, you will solve the challenge of navigating the high-speed wireless landscape by bridging the gap between complex GTM strategy and flawless execution while leading a high-performing operations team. By refining internal marketing workflows and mentoring talent, you ensure that every launch is not just fast, but optimized for maximum business impact. This role transforms operational bottlenecks into efficient paths to market for our national and local campaigns, directly influencing Boost Mobile's competitive edge.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)

Develop an optimized GTM roadmap to significantly reduce time-to-market for episodic campaigns.

Drive measurable improvements in cross-functional launch timelines by harmonizing efforts between Creative, Brand, and Sales Ops teams.

Foster a culture of high performance by setting clear KPIs and providing consistent coaching to your direct reports.

Achieve departmental OKRs by providing leadership with clear, data-driven insights on ROI and business performance for every major launch.

Ensure business goals are consistently met through the proactive strategizing of key marketing plays with national and local partners.

Leverage AI-driven productivity tools to automate process tracking and identify meaningful cost-reduction opportunities across the marketing lifecycle.

Directing and developing professional staff, focusing on career growth, performance management, and team cohesion.

Demonstrating a deep understanding of the prepaid and postpaid wireless ecosystem to navigate industry complexities with agility.

Delivering sophisticated executive communications that distill complex operational data into actionable strategies for the leadership team.

Thriving in fast-paced environments where shifting priorities require a steady hand and a constant focus on efficiency.

Building strong collaborative bridges across diverse departments including Real Estate, Channel Expansion, and Brand.

Applying AI literacy to analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest innovative process improvements.

Mastering Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools to maintain organizational excellence across multiple simultaneous projects.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

MBA preferred.

Minimum Experience:

5+ years of Marketing Operations experience.

Required Technical Skills:

Must have at least 5 years of experience with:

Go-To-Market strategy and project management execution.

Direct people management or leading professional-level teams.

Analyzing national and local marketing campaigns.

Cross-functional team leadership and process optimization.

Salary Ranges Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
