Credit And Commercial Banking Intern
Pay: $18.00 Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00-5:00 Location: Indianapolis, IN 46260; some travel to Warsaw, IN required. Are you a friendly, customer service-oriented student interested in learning about banking? As a Credit and Commercial Banking Intern for our Indianapolis Region, you will work from a variety of offices and perform the following duties: Use available technology to prepare financial-statement spreadsheets for further analysis. Research various information databases to access company status, guarantor/owner creditworthiness, and industry information relevant to the company under review. Utilize data from a bank-subscribed prospecting tool to help bankers identify targeted business opportunities and to update the current reporting model. Analyze public information related to commercial real estate transactions to support the development of banker prospects lists and pipeline updates. As an intern for Lake City Bank, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while learning key banking principles that set a foundation for success and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for you to thrive in your career. Basic Qualifications Include: College enrollment required; focus on a Business-related degree program preferred. Basic computer and office skills required. Customer service experience preferred.
