Marketing Intern
Colson Group is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing including SEO, marketing calendar planning, social media management, product photography, and Adobe Creative Suite utilization. Essential Job Functions SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic. Marketing Calendar Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and timelines. Social Media Presence and Growth: Support the management of Colson Group's social media channels by creating engaging content, monitoring social media activity, and analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth. Product Photography: Assist in capturing high-quality product images for use in marketing materials, website content, and social media platforms. Adobe Creative Suite: Gain experience in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, and Illustrator to create compelling visual assets for various marketing initiatives. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Knowledge Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media platforms. Experience with photography and/or graphic design is a plus. Skills Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for marketing. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Note* Every effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position.
