This role is ideal for a well-rounded, technical designer with strong experience producing construction documentation, and executing thoughtful, detail-driven design. The ideal candidate is highly experienced, confident leading projects independently, and fully proficient in the technical tools required to deliver complete design and drawing packages. Our firm has established systems, vendor relationships, and project management tools in place so designers can focus on delivering exceptional work and an outstanding client experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead full-service residential design projects
from concept through installation Develop and present complete design concepts , including space planning, materials, finishes, and furnishings Produce and review full construction drawing sets , including plans, elevations, details, and specifications Create and oversee 3D models and renderings
as needed for design presentations Coordinate closely with architects, builders, contractors, and trades Direct internal team members, freelancers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Utilize the firm’s established project management systems and workflows
to ensure efficient project execution EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field 5+ years of professional interior design experience , including leading residential projects Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from concept through installation Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Archicad and/or Revit Ability to produce and review full construction drawing sets , including plans, elevations, and details Experience creating 3D renderings and visual presentations Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and trade coordination Exceptional organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets simultaneously REQUIREMENTS
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for site visits, client meetings, and showroom appointments Strong professional portfolio
