Employees within a 90‑minute radius of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters are required to adhere to the company in‑office work guidelines of 4 days per month minimum from 10 am to 2 pm (1 of the 4 days must be a Monday or Friday). Job Summary & Responsibilities The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will join a small but high performing team. Responsibilities include end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel marketing and transactional campaigns, collaboration with internal and external teams, creating and maintaining dynamic campaigns using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars, continuously optimizing messaging, scaling automation, improving personalization and engagement across the customer journey.
Help lead First Dollar in digital eco‑system automation and be responsible for providing best practices
Build, launch, and optimize automated, multi‑channel marketing and transactional campaigns (email, push, in‑app, and direct mail) that drive product utilization and engagement. Implement and manage audience segments to optimize targeting, engagement, and conversion events
Design and execute test plans to optimize campaigns and communicate insights to cross‑functional teams
Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution in Iterable and LOB, including audience segmentation, creative setup, QA, deployment, and analysis
Create and maintain dynamic templates and personalized logic using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars based on client’s communication preferences
Monitor and maintain email deliverability, sender reputation, and domain health across all sending platforms
Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and compliance to build, launch and iterate on new features
Represent Marketing in stakeholder meetings to align on communication needs and lifecycle strategy
Manage multiple concurrent projects and support broader marketing initiatives as needed
Typical schedule: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. CT to 5 p.m. CT.
Preferred Qualifications
5–7 years of lifecycle marketing experience (within a regulated industry a plus)
Strong hands‑on expertise with Iterable (or a comparable multi‑channel engagement platform)
Deep understanding of email, push, SMS, direct mail and in‑app best practices—deliverability, content design, and channel mix
Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and Liquid/handlebars
Strategic thinker who is also hands‑on, comfortable setting direction, strategy and executing campaigns
Strong project management skills, juggling multiple projects and competing priorities
Experience in health tech a plus

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking during meetings, and working on a computer
Pay Range $91,000 – $111,000 per year
Compensation & Benefits The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.
