Key Responsibilities
Create graphics, Reels, carousels, and captions across WBR’s social media platforms; build and maintain a weekly content calendar and schedule posts at optimal times.
Adapt voice and format across departments—energetic fitness content to compassionate mental‑health messaging—while maintaining a unified WBR brand.
Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions; immediately flag sensitive or crisis‑related content per WBR protocol.
Coordinate with the graphics team to align creative assets with the content calendar; collaborate with partners such as Health Promotion.
Attend weekly planning meetings, track performance metrics, and share data‑informed takeaways with the team.

Job Profile Duties / Essential Functions Provides administrative support in an office setting, answering phones and emails, responding to customer inquiries, writing communications, and supporting staff with day‑to‑day operations.
Level Summary: Performs basic tasks and assists with administrative or operational duties under supervision. Roles are entry‑level and aimed at providing exposure to workplace environments. Supervisory Responsibilities: Limited. May supervise other student workers. Financial Responsibilities: No budgetary responsibility.
Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in classes at Ohio University, Hocking College, another post‑secondary institution, or a secondary school during the current, prior, or upcoming semester. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines. Basic knowledge of office software and communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled as a student at Ohio University in good academic standing.
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts and content calendars.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar university‑approved content creation tools.
Good writing skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone across platforms and audiences.
Familiarity with major social media platforms, including native scheduling and analytics tools.
Comfortable handling sensitive content (mental health, wellness) with care.
Experience with dedicated social media scheduling or analytics tools.
Background in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with social media analytics and data‑driven content decisions.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands This role is primarily desk‑based and involves extensive use of desktop computers. Occasionally the job may require travel to attend meetings and programs.
Pay Rate $12.70 per hour (FLSA Status: Non‑Exempt)

Schedule 8 – 10 hours per week. We will work with you and your academic classes to make your schedule.
