## Brand Experience Manager (Events)We are looking for a **Brand Experience Manager – Events (12-month contract)** to join our dynamic Marketing team, playing a critical role in delivering world-class brand activations and experiences during a high-impact period for the business. In this role, you will act as a senior delivery lead across complex experiential programs, partnering with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns, brands and cultural moments to life in ways that are distinctly MECCA.
**The Role You Could Play** As the **Brand Experience Manager – Events**, you will lead the planning and execution of MECCA’s brand experiences from concept through to delivery, ensuring every activation is aligned to our strategy and delivers exceptional outcomes for our customers and business. Key responsibilities include: Lead the end-to-end delivery of MECCA brand experiences, events and activations aligned to campaign and brand strategies We are looking for a highly capable experiential specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional brand moments. You will bring: Significant experience delivering complex events, brand experiences or activations within beauty, PR, fashion, luxury or related industriesAdvanced project management capability with the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across diverse teams and external partners Proven ability to operate autonomously while mentoring and supporting team members in a collaborative environment Some of our other team member benefits include: Since our very first day in 1997, our purpose has been to enable our customers to look and feel their best by offering them the world’s best line-up of beauty and skin-care brands, coupled with exceptional service.
