
Distribution Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in distribution, warehousing, and transportation services. Proactively prospect with a hunter mentality through phone outreach, online research, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking. Generate new leads and opportunities by making calls, meeting potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging digital outreach. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes to potential clients. Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately update CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) with opportunities and activities. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and integrators that support data center development, semiconductor production, and high-value equipment logistics. Support marketing and brand-building initiatives by providing market feedback, customer insights, and success stories from the field. Conduct customer site visits and facility tours to strengthen partnerships and identify new growth opportunities. Experience
Bachelor's degree 2+ years of logistics experience 2+ years of sales experience with record of exceeding sales goals Experience in high-tech industry, specific to semiconductors and data centers Strong logistics or machinery moving industry knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs Experience working with CRM software Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Driven and highly self-motivated Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record This position offers a competitive base salary.
