Customer Engagement Specialist

to serve as the primary growth engine for a global leader in aesthetic technology. This role is a premier entry point into the lucrative Medical Device sales industry, designed for individuals who thrive on prospecting and building a high-quality sales pipeline. In this position, you won't be sitting behind a desk. You will be a "Road Warrior" across the Seattle Metro, engaging with physicians, MedSpas, and aesthetic practices to uncover new business opportunities and re-engage existing partners. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting:

Conduct high-volume field visits and cold calls to identify new qualified leads within the aesthetic and medical space. Lead Qualification:

Navigate gatekeepers and engage directly with decision-makers to assess budget, timing, and intent. Strategic Handoff:

Document all activity in CRM (Salesforce) and transition high-quality leads to the Executive Sales team for closing. Relationship Re-engagement:

Visit existing system owners to identify expansion or upgrade opportunities through open-house events and staffing support. Market Impact:

Serve as the front-line face of a world-class brand, ensuring a professional and persistent first impression. Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

2–5 years of disciplined B2B sales experience.

Experience with tangible products is strongly preferred. Professional Pedigree:

Backgrounds from rigorous B2B environments (e.g., Payroll, Uniform, or Document Management services) are highly valued. Mindset:

A competitive, "hunter" mentality with high resilience to rejection and a desire for long-term mastery within the role. Travel:

Must be a local "Road Warrior"—comfortable with daily field travel across the Seattle Metro area. Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred. Tenure:
