Brighton Jones is seeking a

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

to play a critical role in scaling and modernizing our Salesforce platform and the integrated applications. This role partners across all areas of the firm to deliver impactful solutions that support client experience, workflows, and firm growth.

You will have meaningful ownership over Salesforce solution design during a period of active platform evolution, including document generation modernization, UI simplification, and data quality improvements.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director, Data & Systems.

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a functional lead and Salesforce and integrated application SME

Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions from requirements through deployment

Design, implement and modernize Salesforce configurations including Flows, objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and permissions

Partner with stakeholders to lead solution walkthroughs, UAT, and change management

Support major initiatives such as DocuSign migration, Skuid (Nintex) deprecation, and platform optimization

Identify platform risks, technical debt, and opportunities for process improvement

Mentor teammates and promote Salesforce best practices firmwide

What You Bring:

5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Financial Services Cloud), with bachelor’s degree

Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Business Analyst) preferred or expected within the first year

Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration and functional solution design

Experience supporting complex, cross-functional business processes in a TPM capacity

Hands‑on capability building LWC for targeted UI needs

Experience with Salesforce integrations such as DocuSign, Skuid, Conga, or similar tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

This role is an in‑office, full‑time, and exempt position. We are a work from office culture with a lot of flexibility

Compensation:

Targeted base salary range is $105,000 - $140,000 per year.
