You're a highly conceptual visual storyteller and executional powerhouse who thrives in a fast-moving luxury fashion environment. You understand how to translate the Michael Kors brand—jet-set glamour, modern sophistication, and global energy—into compelling visual campaigns across digital, social, ecommerce, retail, and print.

You bring strong design instincts, sharp creative thinking, and the ability to execute at a high level across photography, video, and motion. You're comfortable working within a collaborative global creative team while partnering with marketing, social, editorial, and production to deliver cohesive campaigns that resonate across markets.

You're organized, proactive, and able to balance big conceptual thinking with meticulous attention to detail across multiple projects and timelines.

What You’ll Do:

Support the development and execution of global Michael Kors campaigns, including seasonal brand campaigns, product launches, and digital storytelling initiatives

Create and execute high-impact visual assets across paid media, organic social, ecommerce, email, retail environments, and editorial channels

Work closely with the Global Creative leadership team to bring campaign concepts to life from ideation through final delivery

Collaborate with the Social Media & Influencer teams to develop platform-native content strategies that align with global campaign narratives

Partner with Editorial and PR teams to translate runway moments, celebrity dressing, and brand events into compelling visual storytelling

Translate marketing objectives into clear, aspirational creative that reflects the Michael Kors brand voice and aesthetic

Maintain strong awareness of social and digital trends, identifying opportunities to evolve the brand’s visual language across platforms

Manage day-to-day creative production tasks including retouching direction, layout design, motion graphics, and video editing

Prepare and present creative concepts, mood boards, and design explorations to internal stakeholders

Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, platform specifications, and tight production timelines

You’ll Need to Have:

7+ years of experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands within an agency or in-house creative team

Proven ability to develop and execute campaign-driven creative across digital, social, and print channels

Strong experience in video post-production, including editing, motion graphics, and color direction

Deep understanding of global social platforms, digital media formats, and content performance best practices

Ability to present and articulate creative ideas clearly to internal teams and leadership

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

We'd Love to See:

Experience working within a global luxury fashion brand or high-end lifestyle environment

Strong visual sensibility with a refined eye for layout, typography, imagery, and brand storytelling

Experience supporting campaign shoots, content production, and post-production workflows

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects

A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a positive team culture
