Inbound Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from the public regarding questions about the courts and its sponsored programs, primarily TTEAP and AZTurboCourt Research and respond to inquiries from the public via email Helpdesk position: Assist personnel with program access, folder and printer mapping, and other Windows user configuration Process User Create/Delete/Modify requests including building users into NT and Exchange Process requests to set up conference calls and WebEx sessions. Secondary Duties: Handle calls from court personnel requiring education and assistance troubleshooting desktop issues Qualifications

Troubleshooting via phone: Expert PC Support Overall: intermediate/advanced Troubleshooting physical PC connections: intermediate/advanced Troubleshooting internet connectivity: intermediate/advanced Windows 8.1: intermediate/advanced - 1 yr exp Troubleshooting via email: intermediate Windows Vista: intermediate - 1 yr exp MS Active Directory: intermediate - 1 yr exp MS Office 7 /13 - intermediate - 1 yr exp AZTurboCourt/eFiling: beginner Legal Terminology: beginner MS Exchange: beginner - 1 yr exp MS Office 365 - beginner - 0.5 yr exp Additional Information
