Role Overview

The Sales Head – US East Coast will lead regional sales strategy, enterprise account acquisition, and revenue growth across the East Coast market. This leadership role requires a self-driven, consultative sales expert capable of opening enterprise doors, managing complex solution sales cycles, and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the East Coast regional sales strategy.
  • Own quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise and upper mid-market pipeline.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and reporting.
  • Enterprise Account Acquisition
  • Identify, engage, and close high-value opportunities across industries including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Energy, and Manufacturing.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles for AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Engineering services.
  • Deliver executive-level pitches, proposals, and value articulation.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships (CIO, CDO, CTO, VP Engineering, C-Suite).
  • Act as the regional face of the organization for all client engagements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful execution and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market & Partner Ecosystem Development
  • Develop channel and ecosystem relationships with hyperscalers and technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, and consulting firms.
  • Track regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Partner with global leadership on GTM strategy, marketing initiatives, and service positioning.
  • Mentor and potentially hire sales/business development team members as the region scales.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record in selling AI/ML, Data, Cloud, or Digital Engineering services.
  • Strong network across the U.S. East Coast enterprise market.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals ($500K to multi-million USD).
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-scaling environment.
