The Corporate Sales Director will lead Barton & Gray’s corporate membership sales efforts, developing and closing relationships with organizations seeking distinctive client entertainment, employee engagement, and executive hospitality solutions. This role is responsible for opening doors, creating demand, and closing new corporate business with little reliance on inbound leads. This is a high-impact, externally facing role requiring a confident seller who thrives in relationship-driven environments and understands luxury experiences.

Identify, prospect, and engage corporations, agencies, and organizations aligned with Barton & Gray’s premium offering

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of corporate membership opportunities

Cultivate strong relationships with members and industry affiliates to develop strategic lead generation

Lead consultative sales conversations to understand client goals and position tailored membership solutions

Host Demo Cruises and present as an ambassador by hosting prospect events, engaging with members and entertaining industry influencers

Collaborate cross-functionally with Barton & Gray department heads, partnership team, membership sales team, event team, and member services team

Accurately track all activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM and leverage data to inform strategy

Work closely with the VP of Sales & Business Development to refine corporate sales strategy and provide market feedback.

Qualifications:

Passion for yachting, luxury experiences, and hospitality

10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience

Proven track record of closing high-value deals

Exceptional relationship-building and presentation skills

Comfort engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders

Highly self-motivated with strong time management

Willingness to travel regularly

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Effective use of CRM tools (Salesforce, Highrise, Zoho, etc.)

Excellent analytical, communication, entertaining and marketing skills

Computer literacy; proficiency in Mac applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (or similar)

Strong references (background check required)

Candidates must be located in Manhattan
