
Sales Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the West Coast Region for large Mass, Prestige and Indy Cosmetic brands. They will be responsible for managing large established accounts and have a technical background in Cosmetic Packaging.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand major accounts, including both Mass and Prestige beauty brands
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts with independent and start-up cosmetic brands on the West Coast.
- Represent the company at industry tradeshows and during client site visits to foster strong customer relationships and identify market trends.
- Oversee all aspects of new purchase orders, from initiation through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and timely fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Development teams to drive timely completion of projects, aligning solutions with customer needs and market demands.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the beauty and cosmetics manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years' of sales experience across the West Coast with Mass, Prestige and Indy brands
- Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Packaging components (Jars, Pumps, Compacts, Tubes and more)
