
Sales Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the Sales teams' key accounts and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in Cosmetic Packaging Components or Turnkey Product Development
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio of key current accounts (Mass and Prestige Beauty Brands).
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with clients across the East Coast.
- Manage a team of Project Managers and Product Development process.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Product Development, Packaging, and Operations.
- Hunt new business opportunities to onboard new customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years' of sales leadership experience in Cosmetics Packaging or Turnkey.
- 5+ years' of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Cosmetic Packaging components.
The position is hybrid, but must be commutable within New Jersey, New York or Connecticut.
This position is also open to Account Managers, or similar, with required experience.
