Sales Director – Medical Devices & Pharmaceuticals (Engineering Services)

Location: Boston, NJ, or Northeast Region (NJ, PA, CT, DE, MA)

We are looking for a senior Sales Director to lead growth across Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical accounts in the Northeast. This role owns revenue strategy, key accounts, and new logo acquisition, with a strong focus on selling engineering services and solutions to MedTech and Pharma companies.

What you’ll do

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for Medical Devices & Pharma accounts in the region
  • Drive new business (hunter motion) while growing strategic existing accounts
  • Build and manage senior client relationships (CXO, VP Engineering, R&D, Operations)
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for engineering services and programs
  • Coordinate cross-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives across offerings
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales performance
  • Mentor and guide the sales team and contribute to talent development

What we’re looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B sales, with strong leadership exposure
  • Proven experience selling engineering services to Medical Devices / Pharma / MedTech companies (must-have)
  • Strong track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals
  • Strategic, consultative, and hunter-oriented sales mindset
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
